Thread: Hello!

Hey everyone. I just wanted to say hi and thanks for having me here at this awesome forum. I've been using it for sometime, but never officially with a profile. I've been shaving with a Fromm disposable straight razor for about six years, but just took the leap to the real deal a few months ago. Now I'm hooked! I've proudly refurbished some rusty old Ebay razors into very nice works of art and also learned how turn a chipped blade into a new blade by grinding it down and honing it back thanks to this forum. I still have a ton to learn, but I'm having a great time figuring it all out. I'll be leaving for The Army here in a few weeks so I'll have to do without the straight razor for a few weeks, but I figure it will be a nice hobby while I'm deployed too.
