Brand new.
Hello everybody,
My names mark, I'm 22 and from Australia, recently i found the wonderful world of straight razors.
Well i started by not really liking shaving, was just another thing i had to do, never really got that good of a shave, and the new razors coming out with 5 blades just annoyed me with the constant blocking etc.
After a while of pain, i decided to have a look around, found straight razors, purchased my first one a few days ago, Just to start off got myself a Dovo Shavette, just so i can get the feel of using one, then not having to purchase something more expensive to end up ruining it by trying to hone it etc.
So far loving the idea, first shave today, so close and you actually feel like your doing something, not just dragging some thing across your face, great experience, soon enough hopefully will buy a real straight razor with all the other needs.
Thanks for reading Mark~
