    Default Just Gettin Started

    Currently deployed right now but am going to be returning soon to the states. My roommate out here just got into to straight razors himself and he got me intrested. Looking forward to getting back home to Bama so I can start on the trail and era phase, I already have a razor waiting on me. I have already learned a little about this new hobbie of mine from this site and cain't wait to learn some more. I also can't wait to get back for some college football. Roll Tide!

    Welcome to SRP! Good to have someone from my "neck of the woods" on board. I know you're excited about getting started. I was so excited about getting my first str8 that I could hardly stand it. I'm 50, but I felt like a 6 yr old waiting for Christmas day.

    I'm just a short trip up Hi 280, so look me up when you get back home. Alabama is still here waiting - just as hot and humid as ever and the Hooch just keeps rolling on by...

    thanks, i see that you are from auburn. i grew up in opelika before i joined the military. my family still lives there and i try to come back in town on the weekends. i am looking forward to getting back and start shaving with my new dovo. i have also gotten some wade and butchers on ebay for pretty cheap and i am planning on getting them restored. i have been reading the wiki and have already learned a little. thanks again for the reply.
