    Talking Hello from Kansas City!

    Hey everyone Im Jimmy. Im new to using a straight razor, but very interested! I actually have a couple, and one in particular is a nice razor. Unfortunatly the one I really want to use needs honed, but I have no clue where I can send it to have it done. Id do it myself if I wasnt scared to death Id ruin it! Does anyone know of any where locally (Kansas City Missouri) I can take it, or any where I can even send it in to have it honed? Thanks!

    Welcome to SRP. I am a former KC-area native. I grew up in Independence, before leaving for the east coast after graduating high school. You're actually in luck in the KC area. Sham (Hi_Bud_GL), who lives in Lee's Summit, has honed a few razors for me and did a great job. You can find his information in the classifieds. Kelley (Nun2Sharp) also lives in Lee's Summit and has his information in the classifieds. Either of these guys can give you great advice...
