Welcome! I moved to Texas in 1990. But, was born in Bourbon and raised in Rolla and still root for the St Louis Cardinals and Mizzou. Missouri is a nice state with great people.

Larry & Gunner I'm not far from Larrys old area and about 1 1/2 hrs or so from you Gunner. I live in a small town called Crocker about 15 miles N of Waynesville/St.Robert area which is just outside of Fort Leanard Wood. Good to hear someone is close.

Crocker... Some friends lived there years ago, on the Gasconade River. I went there one time after haying season. Their barn was literally full of bales of hay. As they stacked the hay, their boys had left tunnels throughout the hay, honeycombing in all directions. Those were itchy tunnels! But, the Huck Finn in me didn't mind.
Swimming in the Gasconade River that ran about 100 yards from their house. Great jumping bullfrogs! Great times.

Thanked: 0Thanks LegalBeagle. I guess it is because we are all sharp or we think we are.
Larry that used to be an everyday thing in the summer here, but now everyone uses round bales instead of square so no more hay tunnels.Last edited by sharpg; 11-04-2010 at 12:46 AM.
