Thanked: 1Improving
Hey all,
Just finished my morning shave with my straight razor and I think I'm getting better. I found the hardest part is the area below the jaw line to either side of my trachea. After watching a few videos and reading some posts I've come upon a more effective way to get at that area: I push my chin down to my chest and work the razor from the side inward toward my chin/trachea. I know it sound counter-intuitive as there is no stretching going on, but it seems to work better than the ATG passes I have been doing. It still isn't BBS, but it is better than before. Any more advice on how to reach this area.
Other than that, excited to be finally somewhat successful with my straight and looking forward to improving. Look forward to hearing from all of you.

Thanked: 4942Sounds like your having some fun.
Try stretching the neck from the trach area back to the jaw. Kind of sideways. This may help clean up that area.
All the best,
Lynn
