Smile We Have Ways to Make You Talk [holds blade menacingly]

If it's not too much of a bother I'm sure many of us would enjoy an idea of what it was like for your first few shaves, your first few weeks and of course how you feel changed by it.

No pressure (get it?! ha ha!). I enjoy the initial immersion posts quite a bit.

    Default Thanks

I guess that would make for a more enjoyable/interesting read, aye. Well I have to admit my first shave was pretty rough, not only had I been dulling the blade on the hone (no water + wrong angle) but my technique was awful. I think I pulled more hairs out that cut, OUCH! I really didn't have too many cuts but let’s say you could call me patches after that shave, I had to finish with the old Gillette!

Anywho, after I did some more research which I should have done prior I started to see many of my errors (thanks SRP) and got to work. Needless to say the second shave was far better and they have been getting better ever since. My skin is somewhat sensitive and shaving everyday with the straight hurts quite a bit, I don't know if this will change over time but I love shaving this way and can't imagine shaving any other way.

    Thanks
