    Default HoldFast Introduction

    Greetings. A few weeks ago, I made my first straight set from Jim at VBLLC. I picked up a Dovo Bismarck with black scales, 3" latigo strop, mug and some good 'ol Col Conk soap (made in the USA!). I went over to Men-U and bought a brush from them (synthetic bristles). This vegan won't shave with boar or badger. I have to say that I wish I would have made the switch to a straight a long time ago. I recently acquired 3 Wester Bros. razors from Ebay and am on the market for a new Dovo. I have read many posts and learned so much from the forum. Thank you for keeping the information flowing. Cheers.
