    Red face I did, LOL.

I won the auction. I held no illusions about those two being collectors items or even great shavers but one of them at least, has to be better than the straight I bought at a flea market back in 05' for $2.50.

Its an Ontario, I used it to practice hone on but I soon found out that a good razor starts at 100 USD, I know there are passable and even good ones at 80 bucks but I know that now. I sat down one morning after work and I honed in my el cheap o razor and away I went. No strop either, just a very fine ceramic hone called a moonstone.

For 33 dollars, my risk and investment are minimal and who knows, they both might turn out to be a dream to shave with. Thanks for your post, it is greatly appreciated. I hope to get more feed back from this post, I am curious what others have to say.

oh well, there's nothing to do now, you'll have to see what you can do with them when they show up. don't have time to look again now, but the nonboker looked like it'll be fine, the boker looked scary.

you have far better options in the classifieds section, most of the razors there somebody has already been able to shave with.
