    Default So I figured...new guy

    So I figured that I would buy a cheap $5.00 replaceable blade straight razor and use it to see if I wanted to graduate to the real thing. That was yesterday and I just purchased my first razor on this site today. So much for my master plan. The first shave went fairly well all things considered. I should heal within the next year.
    I am really excited to join the ranks and ready to learn the craft.

    Oh, you will heal, and trust me, in three months you will own 10 razors, 3 strops, 20 soaps, 5 brushes and if you're like the rest of us, a few hones as well! Good luck!!!!
