    Default New Guy in Ohio

    Hello everyone! I'm new to straight razor shaving. I have three little girls (fourth girl to be born in Feb.). With all of the femininity in my house, I need a more masculine activity to participate in. I've just recently ordered my first straight ( a Henckels Twin Works 5/8) and hope to receive it in the mail sometime next week. In fact I purchased the razor from one of the Senior Members on this forum. I've appreciated all of the info and discussion threads this forum has to offer, and I look forward to learning the art straight razor shaving. Words of wisdom are always well received here!

    Welcome! And best of luck on your first shave. You've allready got a fine start with that razor you've purchased so just read up and take it slow.
