Thanked: 2Hello from Seattle, WA
After spending many hours reading this forum and other cited websites, I have taken the dive. I purchased a straight blade and strop from a member on this forum in the classifieds. The seller was very nice and very helpful.
It's going to take some work to get to full face shaving, so I am glad to be aboard and continue the learning process on this.
This place is a hell of a resource.

Welcome aboard.
I lived in Seattle for about 10 years; it is still my favorite city.

Thanked: 2Thanks
Thanks guys. I am stoked. I am posting in the newb thread if you want to hear about my first few attempts at this. I may have to contact one or more of your for some help, since it seems an actual face to face lesson may be the best way to flatten the learning curve.
