    Smile Newbie

    Just wanted to introduce myself I am a new member from the California Mojave Desert area and I found this web site by accident on a google search for straight razors. This seems like an appropriate place to start as I am completely new to this this form of shaving and hope I can learn from you guys here. I presently do not own any razors or associated equipment and I hope with a little guidance I can start here and be on my way.

    Welcome! They have no water in the desert so I suggest you move. Otherwise you are good to go!

    Welcome aboard. You'll find the folks here extremely helpful. Word of warning, though.....SR SHAVING CAN BE HABIT FORMING!! Have fun with it, though and it can also be very satisfying.
