I am here in Wisconsin, land of cold wind is the translation in some language for sure. I know exactly what you mean, I work outside a lot and my face gets that wind burn and then going over it with a fist blade pulls, senond one pulls more third just plain yanks, fourth cuts if off quite a way from your face and the fifth one cuts a couple layers of skin off, so next time you go outside you burn easier. Foam shave and repeat. Yea been there.
