Thanked: 0Just a quick hello
Hi everyone I'm Magnus a Swede in England, I have been reading this forum for a while to get my shaving right. It Seems to be a very nice place and alot of knowledge.
I always thought it was cool with proper shaving and after I had been to a traditional barber in England I decided to go for it! I was looking around for knife for a while and then when I was visiting my grandfather back home he had two knifes laying around. He gave me a J.A. Hallberg knife and a Pollart No 20 padle strop and smiled, he said why do you want that?...
It works to shave with it but it is not as sharp as i want it to be, It would never pass a hanging hair test but i still enjoy it!
Cheers....

Welcome aboard! You may want to pick up a real straight razor, rather than using a knife, however.
