Thread: Greetings from Jacksonville fl

Greetings from Jacksonville fl. I have been looking into joining the straight razor club for over a year now and must admit I am a bit skeptical. However I think I am ready to jump in. I am looking at purchasing a wet shaving kit from srd most likely startin out with the dovo best. I have read through many of the threads on the topic but would still love any feedback about the razor or even the brush and strop that comes with the kit. Thank you all. Bg

Welcome aboard. Check out the Wiki section on "How tos". Dovo's are excellent razors, just make sure and get one that is "shave ready". That way you have a benchmark. SRP member ZIB is from down there. We keep trying to get him to have a meet up at Saw Grass but you know how it is. He can help with guidance.
