old man with old razors
I love to look at old razors, but I don't use one around my face or neck. Chicken...maybe. Maybe I can't decide which one I want to try...Henkels, W/B, etc. Shave now, because when you get older, your hands shake. Have fun!!!

Larger wedge or near wedge construction to minimize shakiness? Oh darn, dispelling the mystery and romance. I like it old school and Old Schul, er, skool. Yeah, leave the spritely little full hollows to those who couldn't care less. The old cumbersome giants aren't relics at all, considering... this is what "community" was originally meant to be. Damn the prices they fetch, what is their Utilitarian purpose?
Stay away from brand names, they are names, earned reputations in their primes, historically speaking, but there are too many unaccounted for fantastically wonderful steels in open razor form to dismiss! It is form and function, the one is the same as the other. So, welcome to SRP!
