Thread: Cheers from Oceanside, CA!

Hey folks, I'm Dave. I'm currently transitioning out of my design career and about to begin barber school. I have always cut hair a hobby, but now am really excited to make a career out of it. I'm relatively new to the world of straight razors, but have always been fascinated by cutting tools of all types. I really want to be able to hone and maintain my tools properly, and I figured this would be a good resource for info and help.

Oceanside is a nice place, but I wouldn't mind moving somewhere north of LA for a while.

i'm originally from los angeles.. just moved to the san francisco peninsula at the beginning of the year.. i have to say.. i enjoy it.. it's like a whole new world.
