    Welcome to SRP. You're on the right track attitude wise with your observation that there is much to learn and that you plan to read, read, read. That said, do not be intimidated.     Hey there welcome to SRP. Its good to have some new folk from the Boston area on board. Read up as much as you can and ask a lot of question everyone here is very helpful and forgiving of newbs. Also make sure you check out the faq and wiki lots there to get you started. Again welcome!
