Thanked: 0Hello from Dallas
You all have a great forum. I have been lurking around for the past month or so. I thought I would join and introduce myself.
I am retired and live in Dallas. I retired 3 years ago due to an injury. It's been good to finally be retired, but sure would have nice to put in 1 or 2 more years. I love razors and shaving items. I have collected shaving mugs, and such for a long time. I have collected over the years 4 or 5 nice double edge razors. Which I use daily.
Since I was a boy I was attracted to straight razors. I love the look, and detail of them. Plus I have fond memories of my grandfather using one. I wish I new what happened to that old razor. My guess it has been long gone for 40 or 50 years now.
I look forward to talking with you all, learning, and hopefully picking up the straight razor.
