    Hi, I am interested in getting in to shaving with a straight razor. I found this site as an excelant resource fo r information to get started. I just thought i'd introduce myself and say "hi"

    Welcome, and congrats for choosing quality.

    Lurk, read, study. I don't know what location you're in, but there's a google map page that shows the location of forum members. If you have members near you, it would help ALOT to get together, trade thought, maybe try each other's gear, etc. If you're near Portland, OR, PM me and my gear will be available and any help I can provide.
