Thread: Hi everyone! Greetings from Portugal!

Good day everyone.

I just started discovering the world of straight razors. Being 49 years old I have quite some experience with safety razors, but I'm becoming fascinated with straights!
Hopefully I'm not too old to start with... :-)
So the deal is, I'll be needing all the help I can get and I'm counting on all of you with your patience to give this rookie a hand!
I would love very much to have the SRP DVD to start with. How can I get it?
I own a Theirs-Issard 6/8 razor at the moment. Hope it's a good choice to start...
Is there anyone else from Portugal in here?

Welcome to the place! never too old to start straight shaving

The DVD is available in the classifieds section here, top of each section, and a TI is an excellent razor! i have one and i love it. Maybe more than you needed to spend to start but it'll last you forever. What other equipment do you have?

Not sure how many other members there are in portugal, where abouts in portugal do you stay?

Get yourself some musgo, it's portugese and i hear great things about it
