Talking St. Louis, MO comin' to town!

    Hey everybody!

I got interested in straight razor shaving about a month ago, and was completely lost searching the web looking for information. Luckily I found SRP, and my life was saved! After just a few short days reading over the forums, Wiki, and glancing over the classifieds, I now understand a whole lot more then I thought I would.

Everyone is so helpful here, and I appreciate all the information and advice that has been given to me! I ordered my razor and supplies on Sunday, so they should all get here by the end of the week, I can't wait for my first shave (yeah yeah, I know....only 1 sideburn the first day)

I'll let you all know how it goes after everything comes in, and one last thing......

    GO CARDINALS!

I might live in Texas. But, my heart is with the Cardinals! Telling my age, Harry Caray and Jack Buck... well, I spent more time with them than my own father. (I had a good father. He just wasn't a very good baseball announcer.)

    Go Cardinals!
    Beat the Cubs!!

Magna, this is the best offer possible for someone learning about straight razors. Getting some help from an experienced user will cut down your learning curve immeasurably. Getting some help from Lynn is as good as it gets.

+1 to the above..I remember games at Sportsman park before Busch Stadium, and have spent many innings in the outfield bleachers at Busch Stadium harassing the Cubs outfield. Stan the man ruled when I was growing up
My dad retired from Anheuser Busch after 35 years...born and raised on Busch beer. Still consider STL home.
Welcome to SRP enjoy your shaves.
