    Default Hello From Scotland (No 2)

    Hi everyone,

    I'm John from Scotland, I also happen to be friends with Barrie who joined up yesterday. Like Baz, I have just started straight razor shaving. I originally bought a shavette but after a few "have you been mauled by a tiger?" jokes at work, I decided to take the plunge and by a "proper" staright razor. I picked up a new Dovo Black Star with blue pakkawood scales. Very pleased with it so far. I am also waiting on a Solingen RingDove being delivered. Bought both my razors from Steve @ The Invisible Edge. That guy offers a great service and great razors at great prices. The soaps and creams... don't get me started on those, you could spend a fortune on them. I'm totally loving this!
