    Hi all,

    Time for a membership of this great forum.
    Those of you on B&B might recognize my avatar and username; they are the same.

    I am Wim Bouman, from Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
    Not much of a straight razor, as I only have one and have enormous difficulties mastering it.
    One day, that will happen though.

    Much more experienced on the DE front, though.
    And got my fair share of AD in software, especially soaps.
    Let's not forget a growing collection of brushes.

    We also make our own brushes and recently took on a shaving soap adventure.

    This place is full of knowledgeable members who will do all they can to help you out.
    In fact, there's quite a few Dutch members here as well.
    Check the members map and see if there is someone around you.
    A gathering or meetup is a great way to learn in this sport!
