Thread: near chicago.

I'be lurked in the background of this site for a while finally joined it. Seems to be better than the others. I'm 27 in army national guard Chicago. Biology major. And quirky with my hobbies. Each new one that speaks up on me gets a lot of research for months until I can't read/learn too much more. That being said I got my first blade a few months ago from an antiques shop, cut my face up with a dull blade. Later got a solingen from a local honemeister. Now.....Norton hones 220-8000, barber hones, strops everywhere, chromium oxide, (pure note that woodcraft stuff) Buying cleaning smothing, lapping, repining (not so good yet) selling shave ready blades to all in the army. Just began first set of custom scales. Hording razors like crazy.

Does it stop?

It only stops if you have restraint or you go broke. I am broke. But my wish list has been growing.
