I finally decided to convert from the disposable stuff. I had one grandfather who used a straight razor, and one who used a safety, I wish I had either one of those now to experiment with.

PS -- Safety razors (called "DE" (double-edge) razors here) are relatively inexpensive and relatively easy to use, compared to straight razors. They often serve as a "gateway drug".<g>
