    Default Greetings from Twentynine Palms, CA

    Hello,

    Just started getting into straight razor shaving. I've already done several of the things they told me I'd do in the beginners guide (nicked the edge of my first razor, nicked my strop several times, made the razor duller by stropping, etc). I've shaved twice with my straight (my whole face too! it's just skin and blood, it will grow back) and am loving it. There really is a pride factor of being able to shave with a straight.

    Anyway, about me:

    We all made at least some of those mistakes!! I completely killed my first strop in the first 6 months
