    Default Hello from Wyoming!

Hi folks, great site here! I have been shaving with a straight razor for almost 15 years but finally learned how to do it effectively after discovering this site a year ago. Got my first razor from my great grandmother when she passed away. I never knew my great grandfather, but the gear was his and he always insisted on shaving that way. Due to this and my interest in history, I was intrigued. I was also having one heck of a time with razor bumps especially on my jawline and neck from the multi-blade cartridges and my research recommended using a straight razor. Finally did some online research and learned how to use one, but the results were marginally better than the cartridges. Upon discovering your site, I learned that I needed an across the grain pass and now I have been getting the best shaves of my life! When any of my buddies complain about shaving I quickly tell them how much more they would enjoy it if they would use a straight razor and party like it's 1899!

    Welcome to SRP

I did a quick search for other SRP members in Wyoming and here is a link to the list.....

Check the profile of each and send a PM to any in your area.

If you have any questions just post them here at SRP and be sure to read the "Stickys" and the Wiki. They will help a lot.
