Thread: Lurker from Texas.....

Well I went from lurker to member.
Former Marine (many moons ago)now fatso husband.

I have used a De from age 15 to 24.
Joined Usmc had to save daily...Got out then decided the hell with it, I refuse to shave and grew a goat t and have been using clippers to trim up to a presentable state once a week...
(I feel evil e-mails coming in already. Winter time I grew a beard..)

Picked up a free mach 3 or some fancy foo foo razor enjoyed my shave last year.... Cleaned it up and put it away... I pull out a few months later and it was dull..... WTH.... So went to pick up blades to replace and I see Wally mart has DE blades and the replacements...Jeez Us how much for replacement blades for the foo foo razor... I just smiled and remembered the hung over days of shaving for inspections with my old DE saving my money for beer and well you know....

I found a great barber that would do a straight shave about 2 weeks ago I said in my head wo myself..man this is like Japan except the ladies... Well ill stop there.....Let me stop there before I get thrown outta here

Back to the shave: Man it was awesome but he used a disposable blade I guess the state of Texas can trust a license barber to clean his tools. I asked if I picked up my own would he be ok to use it. He said Yup no prob. So Ive been on the search... finally got one on ebay and in route.

Now guess what happened ....The sleepy hamster in my head woke up and said hey lazy do it yourself how hard can it be....I found this place.
First thing I read...Ribbons of flesh.....Wait what........(Mumbled under my breath).
Why did you decide on this you big dummy.
So I have committed and going thru with it Wish me luck gents/ladies.
Slow and easy..breath........good thing I have med insurance...........
