    Thumbs up From over the pond!

    Hi Guys.
    Brand new member here from over the pond in England.

    Been shaving with a DE razor for around 15 years then about 6 months ago switched to a straight.
    No way would I switch back.
    Started with a DOVO which is still my main razor then recently got myself a Sheffield which I have restored and shaved with once and loved it but it's too nice to use everyday
    Now on the lookout for more to restore...

    I don't suppose it is too nice to use everyday but I like to keep things in top condition, especially old & rare things.
    Anyway, here's a pic of it... Blade restored and polished by hand, Scales made using hardwood and hard plastic wedge. Copper rivets at wedge end and micro bolt at pivot end.
    Sure it's not up to the standard of other restores on here but it was my first attempt !
