Thread: Hello from Salt Lake

Hi everyone,

I have been lurking around this forum for about the last week pretty heavily! Feel free to call me Rob. I got the urge to improve my shave not too long ago. I had always been mildly interested in getting a badger hair brush but never really thought much past that. Once I finally picked one up along with some cheap shaving soap it got a little out of hand from there...

With The Art of Shaving opening at the local mall I bought a set of pre-shave, cream, and after shave and I noticed an improvement while even using my cartridge razor. (I was a dry shaver a year ago!) I certainly have been hit with the razor addiction and am seriously considering getting into some restoration. I am going to do my first WTG tomorrow and I already have been looking around at antique shops.

I appreciate all the information I have gotten from members already on this site and hopefully I will be able to contribute my own someday.
