Welcome to SRP. You'll find this forum to be a wealth of information on your journey of learning to shave with a straight razor, Hope the ebay razor works out for you, if not, check the classifieds here and you'll find lots of shave ready razors to choose from with various prices.

P.S. You've chosen quite an interesting member name to go by.
Why doesn't the taco truck drive around the neighborhood selling tacos & margaritas???

One other note worthy thing, if you go to the Beginners forum, you'll see the Monthly give-away that has 2 very nice prizes, be sure you sign up by replying to the thread.

I hope it will be a good start for you! With stable hand and sharp razor you could have some great shave with proud smile on your flat face

We like it that's why we do it!

Welcome! If it hasn't been mentioned yet, be sure to check out the Library/Wiki for great tips on the first shave and getting started. I'd also recommend Lynn's DVD too.

The people here are the best and are always glad to help.

    Welcome again!
