Thread: Hello from Kampen, The Netherlands

After mentioning that I wished to start straightrazor shaving, a friend of mine immediately borrowed me a razor.
And after some searching I soon found this place and read through some info prior to starting to shave.
It's been about a week now and I've had mostly succes and a few nicks
Shaving went great today and i sit here typing and fondling my almost baby-smooth face (with scars ).

Always having had a great interest for sharp metal things, honing greatly interests me.
Learing to do this and getting my honing-kit together is the next thing on my list.

Already i have learned much from this community and I hope to continue learning.
