    hi shooter
I do not have a digital camera (looking into one) but it did happen.

the razors I have boker " tree brand" 5/8" micarta straight razor & strop setalso a dovo desert Ironwood stainless 5/8" (have not shaved with it )
as well as merkur silvertip alu shaving brush black and an col. Ichabod conk shaving mug
    all from straight razor design
because they are near me about 20 miles away.

    also from classic shaving
baxter hot towel solution "barbershop special" pack ( that I embroider with my name shave set so they wont get mix up in the wash for ordinary towels)
and a vulfix #376 super badger shaving brush a classic "traditional" shaving mug two-tone with bay rum soap personalized with my name.

and from vintage straight razor a Beginners Strop For Straight Razor I won't be doing business with them any time soon they sent me a wooden strop (I don't know what to do with it) and when I asked for what I ordered they made a big dill about how they upgraded me to a piece of wood but I got the strop but no instructions on ether.

straight razor design help me understand the importance of the strop and how to use it.

by the way what is "pm" I just figured the btw is by the way duh.

A PM is a private message. You can click on a user's name and it will give you several options, one is to send a "private message". I think of them as a personal message.

Hey Jezph, welcome from another noob. Ask tons of questions and check out wiki. There is so much information here and the guys are great. You'll find anything you need to know here. Watch some videos and check out the beginners section. Take things slow, and listen to the seniors here. Have fun!

    Welcome Jzeph,
BTW, it's unwise to discuss problems with a vendor in detail on the forum, in my opinion. That's best left between you and the vendor. That's just my opinion, though.

It sounds like you've got some really nice gear, esp the Boker 5/8.

The strop you got sounds like a paddle strop. Many people use those for travelling, possibly because you don't have to worry about where to attach it...

You have the "AD's" bad for a newb! Just don't burn yourself or your bank account out...we kinda like to keep folks around for a while.
