Thread: G'day Straightrazorplace

Hi,

My name is Nathan, I'm from Brisbane Australia. I am very hands on, love building things no matter what the material, although I prefer metal. I have just gotten into knife making a few weeks ago when I stumbled across some custom made straight razors on the net and a link to this forum and well now I'm hooked. Bought my first razor yesterday and started customizing this morning. ( will post up some pics in a new thread). After a week of reading thread after thread on here I can say there is alot of useful information to soak up and some very talented people to learn from.

Thanks mate, hope it never happens again, took weeks to clean up our workshop- was 2m underwater. Can imagine what it was like for those whose houses went under.
