    Default Greetings

    Greetings,

I am new to the straight razor community, I'm a College student in Arvada, Colorado studying Electrical Engineering. I have been interesting in straight razors for years but only recently picked up my first straight razor, an entry level Dovo. For weeks prior I visited this site for information on the art of straight razor shaving and honing. Eventually I hope to be able to contribute, but till then I'm looking forward to getting to know you all a little bit and hopefully learn anything and everything I can about the superior way to shave.

    G'Day and welcome to SRP.
We all look forward to helping you out where we can and sharing your journey with you.
Have a good read of the WIKI and remember that the search bar (top right of page) is your friend.

no need to worry about eventually mate, just posting your trials and tribulations is a great way to both gain advice on mistakes/improving and at the same time posing as an additional source of information for more newcomers as it shows common errors which we noobs do (I myself got my lovely dovo to 'kiss' the tap the other day )

so post away and revel in the wealth of everyone here
