    Default greetings from a new "new guy"

    Good day All,

    I have just joined up and am excited about this foray into something new. It has been about a month since I started with a straight razor and I am now confident, although not entirely efficient, with my razors and new methods. I know i still have a long way to go but the learning is thoroughly enjoyable and keeps me inspired

    I have spent time reading and viewing all the forums,videos and guides presented here and want to convey my gratitude to all of you for sharing your experiences and earned wisdom. I am certain that you have saved my patience, my skin as well as some of my money.

    looking forward to a long relationship in this community.

    Someone here once said that fathers just used to teach their sons how to shave this way, but it's probably not common now, so hence this place.
