Thread: Hello from Sunny Herts, UK

Another hello!

I've been researching (for months!), as many others have I imagine, before taking the plunge into straight razor shaving but think I'm finally ready to purchase my first razor. I have been in contact with Whipped Dog who is setting me up with a sight unseen razor and I can't wait to get my hands on it!

I will, of course, be taking the advise I have found on the web including easing myself into it by shaving sections of my face over a period of time until I get the hang of it but, honestly, I'm so excited at the prospect of turning a rather labourious task into a lifelong adventure.

I'm sure you'll hear more from me, updates, war stories, etc.
