Thread: Hey everyone!

I guess I posted my intro in the wrong section so (not sure if its ok) I am reposting it here.

Hello everyone. I have been a DE shaver for a little over two years and loving the fact I no longer have to deal with cartridges. Well I received a Kinfolks Wedge not long after I plunged into DE's as a PIF. I have just started using it in the last two weeks. I must say that I love it! I have only a cheap set-up which is my blade, VDH kit (bowl, brush, soap), alum, no-name aftershave, and an Illinois hanging strop. I have tried a few creams and soaps (Real shave co, CO Bigelow, and a few others that I found locally) But I like the VDH the best. I am hoping to try DR Harris soap soon too.

I have found this place to be of great help and look forward to chatting with everyone.

Lol I know. I am already looking for a new razor, although I have done a pretty good job of avoiding the AD's so far. What I really want is to find a soap that I really like.
