Thread: Hello all from Bamalama (Alabama)...Another noobie for the pile!

This is my first official post to SRP, but I have been poking around for many months now learning everything I can. The whole straight razor way has completely fascinated me from: shaving, restoration, to (fingers crossed) custom building one day. Thanks to everyone here for your invaluable wisdom and insight, Lynn for the awesome Dovo "carpe diem" and Dovo ebony spike point (love this razor)!, and Glen (i have watched so many of your videos my girlfriend rolls her eyes when she hears your voice on the computer speakers now lol)!

My first razor was a Dovo Silver Steel from Lynn, you will keep going back to it no matter how big your collection gets. Trust me. Congrats on the first post, hopefully there will be many more to come ... With pictures!!!

Will have to add pics for sure. The soaps and creams and aftershaves though...that may take a hot minute to set up. Anyone got a camera with a panoramic setting I could borrow for this lol!

Thanks jackofdiamonds, I have a feeling that Dovo ebony (well both of them )lol, screw up with post office losing my first one, so I ordered another to replace it...then wahlah the other appeared a month later...will always be one of my favorites. Funny though, b/c there were alot of reviewers that did not like it
