Thanked: 0Newbie from Calgary
I have been on the site for a few days now and I am overwhelmed with the amount of information there is. Very impressive.
I converted from cartridge to DE Safety Razor about 6 months ago and I am now enjoying my shave every day. No more ingrown hairs and rash.
I want to make the step to a straight razor so will do my research for a month or two and then take the dive.
I have great quality brushes, creams and bowls so will only need the razor and the strop for now. I don't mind paying up for a razor and strop but the selection is mind boggling. Dovo, TI, Hart...... What is most important for me is the shave and the blade. Having said that if I am spending the money I want a razor that will be something I can give my son down the road.
Anyway lot's of babble from me. Look forward to all the information I will get here.
