Welcome to the SRP. Hopefully, the pain will subside. By the way you've described your relationship with your brother/best friend it seems he would want you to smile when you remember him. I know it is easier said than done, but celebrate his life which will ease the pain of his passing. God Speed to you and your family.

Chris, whatever path brings someone here, we are all thankful for the companionship and camaraderie. In this case, it was an especially painful path, we can all tell, but we are happy to have you here. I am deeply saddened to hear of your loss, but know that we will always keep your brother's memory shining brightly in our minds and memories. I wish there was more that I could offer than to tell you he was well respected and well loved. You will remain equally in our thoughts as you deal with this tragic loss.
He saw a lawyer killing a viper on a dunghill hard by his own stable; And the Devil smiled, for it put him in mind of Cain and his brother Abel.

Re: Ray's Brother
Hello Chris,
First I must admit I have been avoiding your posts, death is something most of us would rather not deal with.
As my little family grows theres nothing I fear more than departing this earth early and missing my children grow.
It has been a tough pill to swallow reading about our fallen brother, he was not just Raysofcolorado, but a member of our community, and a part of everyone of our small families.
The older I get the more I realize how precious life is. I am so sorry for your loss.
This is a tough time, but we are all here for you, like a family.
Welcome to our family.
Eric.
