    Greetings,
    Well this is my first message. Tomorrow will be my first (sucessfull) attempt to shave using a DOVO, 5/8 BEST QUALITY, Carbon steel straight razor. I am going to follow Lynn's advice that I've been viewing online for beginners. I think I have the basics.

    Make nice thick, wet lather and go slowly with the blade. Let us know how it turns out.
