    Well if it is information you need, the wiki is a good place to start. I use it to narrow down my questions and answer the simple ones. If you can't find any answers on the wiki there's a ton of gent's on here who are happy to help.

    As for helping others, well that is what keeps this site going. Have fun, good luck, and ask lots of questions.
