Thread: Hello from upstate NY

Hey everyone. My name's Pete, I'm 33 years old, and I just started shaving my head recently. For years I've been alternating between electric razors and Gillette disposables, viewing shaving more as a male annoyance than anything. Now that I've been shaving my head, though, I've started to love the ceremony of it all, and enjoying the benefits of it, which has led me to become interested in the world of straight razor shaves and wet shaving in general. I hope to learn a lot from others' experience as I delve into the art of straight razor shaving, so it can be as painless and bloodless as possible!

Welcome aboard..make sure you go through the wiki and just read what is there first...there are a ton of videos to watch to if that is more your speed..
