Thread: Hello from Utah

Fellas,

I have been reading this forum and learning fromt he library, posts and the occasional video. I just want to say thank you to those people who maintain this website, and those who post; very informative GREAT STUFF here. I have been able to start out without even posting as a noob because the library and posts are so good and have great detail. I have succesfully made my first full shave today and it is the closest shave I have ever had. I bought two razors from some members here in the classifieds. The razors were relatively cheap, but you wouldnt know by how they shave. Thanks to those two for selling such honed razors. I was a little over overzelous and purchased a new razor from Hart Steel. I have to tell you, right out of the box, it was sharp enough for me. If you are looking for an american blade I dont think you can go wrong there. Next on the agenda is honing once I wear one of them out. I will be looking for that salt lake city crew I have seen posting to get some one on one honing experience if they will have me.
