Thread: Good morning and hello

I've only been SR shaving for about a month effectively, but I'm loving it. Not getting that BBS shave yet, but I'm certainly getting closer. I've never been excited to shave before, but now I can't go more than two days without getting back at it. I think I am, however, starting to get addicted to the buying of razors as much as the using of razors. As far as problems go, it's a pretty nice one to have.

Welcome to the forum and congrats on getting better shaves each go around. Like most of us around here it sounds like you've caught the RAD...lol...and you're right, not a bad problem to have at all!

I was originally given a c. 1980 Boker King Cutter by my dad, who bought it with a horse hide strop in Germany back when he was travelling and thought SR shaving would be great. He hacked up his face really badly and moved on to electric razors without a backwards glance. His loss was my gain! Since then I've added a couple more to my collection, as well as a DE to learn wet shaving with.
