Thanked: 0Introduction
Greetings. My name is Steve and I live in Boylston, Massachusetts. I have recently inherited several old straight razors and I am finding more information (and probably some mis-information) on the internet than I can sift through. It is my hope that I can post some photos I took of these razors and tap into the vast knowledge of others in the straight razor community. As far as my own interests go, I like to collect old mechanical devices. My current stash includes a Bunnell Telegraph Sounder from the 1880s, a World War I trench lighter, a sterling silver match safe made in Birmingham, England, a Century studio camera and tripod built in Rochester, NY prior to 1909, and some old American Optical safety goggles. I am new to the world of straight razors.

Happy New Year Steve and welcome to SRP. We will be happy to help you gain information on your inherited straight razors
and congratulations for taking the time to find out their history. Pictures will be needed with as much background as you have on the razors. Enjoy.Bob

Thanked: 0Thank you very much. It looks like the "Shaving Equipment" forum is the place for this. Is that correct? Steve
