    Default Hello from Southern Oklahoma

    Hi there fellows and ladies. New member here from Southern Oklahoma. I have been fascinated with straight razor shaving for a long time. I havent taken that leap with just yet. I am just now trying to figure the DE thing out and hopefully I can get some help here and then someday progress to straight razor shaving. I have lurked for a long time but hope to learn a lot more. Thanks

    DE's are _easy_. Buy a vintage Gillette or a new EJ DE89 or Merkur 34C, and a blade-sampler package.

    Start shaving, and remember to use _no pressure_ on the razor -- it's _not_ a cartridge!
